We deployed a business process web platform, and made it easy to handle by public users and internal users. It includes:
- modern Internet portal for guests and registered users to take advantage of features such as registering, own resume management and secure candidate browsing
- Intranet portal, providing means for managing resumes, jobs, users, candidates’ and employers’ master data, together with functionality for matching resumes to jobs
We thus responded to our customer’s vision of digitalizing their web recruitment platform without removing the human touch. Using modern technology, we ensured a great customer experience and successful matches between talents and companies worldwide.
