Eu-Funded Research and Innovation
Our departments work together on an interdisciplinary basis in all international (i.e. EU-funded) or national projects. Some challenges are so complex and multifaceted that the best solution can only be achieved through cooperation of several partners. In numerous projects ROPARDO departments and research groups are therefore working together on an interdisciplinary basis. ROPARDO R&I department has demonstrated expertise in the efficient managing of large projects many times. For collaborative projects we can rely on a large network of cooperation partners.
COMPETENCES
The development of a product can be dramatically boosted by the implication of the company in collaborative work with companies from other countries. The development of a product requires economical and intellectual resources, that can be found by integrating the company in the international research scenario of the EU Horizon 2020.
Joint research projects
To deal with research requests from industry, we develop solution concepts, form consortia and coordinate projects. Based on our wide experience on the joint research projects, we identify appropriate funding means and make the necessary applications. We assist with planning and applications and help you to carry out funded projects. We are the right partner to contact when it comes to project proposals, project ideas and cooperation wishes for national (Romania) and international collaboration.
EU activities
The Research and Innovation Programme Horizon 2020 combines all funding programs of the European Commission related to research and innovation. The priority areas are “Excellence Science”, “Industrial Leadership” and “Societal Challenges”. In addition, Horizon 2020 covers also measures in pursuing the cohesion policy objectives (broadening participation), activities to increase social acceptance of science (science with and for society) as well as direct measures of the Joint Research Centre and the European Innovation and Technology Institute for integration of higher education, research and innovation.
