On the May 10th, 2012, Ropardo S.R.L. organizes the workshop with subject “Virtual Factory Framework new modular, open source, extensible architecture to support interoperability and factory data exchange”. The workshop will take place at the Continental Forum Sibiu, starting at 09:30 AM.

The event is dedicated to business managers, production managers, quality managers, as well to academia from dynamic companies and organizations, Transylvania region.

Virtual Factory Framework – VFF is a new, modular, open source, extensible architecture to support interoperability and factory data exchange.

The semantic Virtual Factory Framework consists of 4 pillars

  • Semantic Virtual Factory Data Model
  • Semantic Virtual Factory Manager and its Repository
  • Decoupled Virtual Factory modules
  • Real Factory integration

We present latest results within VFF as well live presentation relating software modules that are supporting modern factories nowadays.
