All about R&D results applied in real life at Researcher’s Night

Ropardo – Software Engineering and “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu invite you to the 5th edition of the European Event “Researchers’ Night” on September 28, 2018 for a new session of insights into concepts such as: artificial intelligence, augmented reality, factories of the future, human-machine interaction, interactive glasses.

Most of all, we will showcase the application of such concepts in real life and how it will change the future our children will be living in. Results of the R&D projects carried out by Research & Innovation Center to be presented at Researchers’ Night include:

  • Augmented Reality demonstrated with children friendly applications
  • Mobile applications encouraging teenagers to take up a healthy life style
  • Web and mobile applications integrated with sensors for monitoring body parameters (heart rate, respiratory rate, etc.)

Kids will love to program our Mindstorm robot to travel a new challenging route. We will have surprises for them as usual, so …

… We’ll meet you in the lobby: The Engineering Faculty | September 28, 2018, starting 4 p.m.

Until then, enjoy a selection of photos from last year edition:
